Certificate

The certificate has no expiration date, as this is not legally required. Article 8 of the Dutch Occupational Health and Safety Act mandates that employers provide adequate information and instruction. By completing this course, both the employer and employee meet the statutory requirements for sufficient training and demonstrable expertise.
